  <dc:description>providing for the effective marriage-settlement of Pew Owen Pwlkyn, son of William Pwlkyn of Mathafarn Eitha, and Elisabeth, daughter and heir of Thomas Williams of Bodafon; in consideration of W.P.'s payment of £100 (£22 already paid and £10 secured to be paid + £68 also secured), T.W. covenants to enfeoff all his lands in Bodafon upon two trustees (W.P. himself and Maurice Griffith of Penrhos, weaver) upon Owen and Elizabeth; matters of maintenance, jointure, succession. 

On the dorse is a memo. relating to the continued jointure of Mallt, wife of T.W. (if she happen to survive him). 

Two of the witnesses are Robert, another son of William Pwlkyn, and John Ellis ["Elize"], a servant of Thomas W.</dc:description>
