<dc:title>Copy of the last will and testament of Jonett vch Robert of Llanfihangel Tre'r Beirdd (29 January, 1607-8)</dc:title>
<dc:description>Bequeaths unto Jane vch Griffith her daughter a close or croft of ground called Cae'r Gw?dd in Bodafon for 80 years. She seems to have named two executors who were minors, viz., Hugh [ap] Jenkyn ap Hugh and Susanna vch William Lloyd, and administration had to be granted to Mallt vch Robert and William Owen Thomas during the minority; then Susanna renounced, and Hugh [ap] Jenkyn was old enough to act. However, it cannot be said the will was definitely proved till 10 Aug., l631. By 1652 the "right heir" was a Griffith Williams, who sold his rights to Thomas, Viscount Bulkeley. Associated with this document is another (31 July, 1652), very badly ‘blurred which seems to refer to a conveyance of Cae'r Gwydd to an ancestor of Jonett vch Robert</dc:description>
