Deed of lease by Thomas Bulkeley, first Viscount, to Richard Bulkeley of Dronwy ["Dyronwy"] and Hugh Griffith of Llanfwrog, co. Anglesey, upon a messuage in Llanbabo late in the tenure of Henry ap John ap Harry, but now in the occupation of William Jones of Llannol; six years at £16 a year. The Bulkeleys of Dronwy in Llanfachreth had very early branched off from the main stem of Baron Hill; it also happened that this Richard Bulkeley's sister Margaret was married to Hugh Griffith, his co-lessee 3 July 1652
