Deed of lease by Richard Bulkeley, esq., and others, to William Bulkeley of Cleifiog upon Tyddyn David ap William Owen in Cleifiog for four years at £5 a year. It is a document drafted in a very slovenly manner, badly written and full of erasures. There are two W.B.'s mentioned, one of Coedan [and Brynddu], the other of Cleifiog, the former descended from a son of the second Sir Richard Bulkeley, the other from his brother John 4 January 1621-1622
