Release by Hugh Owen of Gwenynog and Lewis Edwards of Chester to Richard Bulkeley of Porthamel of Tyddyn Nanhorva and Tyddyn Pen y Bont, both in the Llangefni district, and of the fulling mill called Pandy Llangefni. There were no less than twelve witnesses, who included two Theodores [Tudurs of Penmynydd], David Lloyd of Llwydiarth, and Rowland Owen Meredith of Bodowyr Some of these lands once belonged to the Penrhyn family [Griffith], had descended to the Herberts of Montgomery, and sold by Sir Edward Herbert and Dame Mary his wife to the Lewis Edwards aforesaid 20 November 1607
