Assignment to Richard Bulkeley the younger [i.e., the eldest son of Sir Richerd Bulkeley, third Knight, and father to Richard Bulkeley,esq.] by William ap Robert ap William of the term of years yet unexpired that were assigned to him [W. ap R.] by John Evans of London, clothworker, and originally granted to Evans by the Queen's Letters Patent. They were evidently Crown lands of "the principallitie of Wales"; the only description given is that they were situated in commote Creuddyn 12 October 1598
