Enfeoffment in trust by Edmund ap Rees ap Robert to Henry ap Robert Vychan, Morgan ap William and Owen ap Richard ap Rees, of all his lands in commote Uchaf and Isaf except a close called Cae Dickyn in Gorddinog, to the use and behoof of Edmund during his life; after his death, to the use of his sons Thomas Richard and Griffith, and their heirs lawfully begotten in priority of successions in default of any such issue, to the use of Thomas ap Owen ap Richard ap Rees and his brother John ap Owen ap Richard and their heirs in succession 4 April 1555
