Deed of lease by Thomas Bulkeley to Thomas ap William ap John ap Ieuan and Catherine his wife [signs by mark as “Katherine verch William Beevan"] upon Tyddyn Erw Garregog and two parcels of land in Llanfeirfechan, defined as bordering upon the [late] lands of Edmund ap Rees ap Robert and Talar Hwlcyn, the [late] land of Richard ap Robert ap William, the King's highway, the [late] land of Edmund ap Hugh ap Rees ap John, and lands already owned by Sir Richard Bulkeley; 60 years, if Thomas or K. will so long live at a yearly rent of 10/-; house to be built; sufficient reparations; corn to be ground at T.D.'s mill at Nant Orbis alias Melin Llanfairfechan; no sub-letting without consent given. The witnesses to the sealing included Richard Coetmor, Blanch Bulkeley [i.e., wife of Thomas Bulkeley, sister to R.C.]. The third is Barbara Coetmor, who signs by mark, although two years before, on 10 Aug., 1625 (BHILL/3103), she had signed without mark. The only Barbara Coetmor in the Pedigrees (277) was married to Dr John Williams, sometime Dean of Bangor and Principal of Jesus College, Oxford 4 October 1627
