Series of assignments of the Crown interests in Tir Bleddyn Rwth in the commote of Uchaf; the one recorded here is from two London gentlemen to Edwyn Bulkeley, son and heir apparent of Thomas Bulkeley of Llanfairfechan. There is no way of escaping the positive statement of the document, that Thomas B. [later first Viscount] had at one time alive an eldest son named Edwyn, on whose death Richard (he who was killed on Lavan Sands in 1650) became heir, and upon whose death Robert [second Viscount] succeeded 18 February 1632-1633
