Deed of lease by John, Archbishop of York [archbishop John Williams] to Katherine Coytmor of Ty Mawr, spinster, upon the messuage of Brynmor in the parish of Dwygyfylchi for 40 years at £15 annual rent. Although all clerical dignities had been abolished by the republican powers, this document gives the Archbishop his full title under the old orders; it should be added that his signature Jo. Eborac, is the shaky script of an old man. Katharine Coytmor was, no doubt, one of the Llanllechid Coytmors, but it is not clear from Pedigrees, 277, which Katharine she exactly was 31 May 1649
