Exhaustive rent-roll for Beaumaris and its liberties, which had to be submitted to a [local] commission issued for Great Sessions in a suit between Robert [second] Viscount Bulkeley and Henry Sparrow, 9 October, 1683. This is certainly not the date of the roll, for it contains marginal and other notes in the hands of Sir Richard Bulkeley [third] and his agents. The roll is 12ft 6 inches long and written on both sides c. 1610
