Of North Wales, appointing the Hon. Thomas Bulkeley [brother of the third Viscount] to the command of a troop of horse (temp. Queen Anne, year illegible). It is doubtful whether the Viscount Cholmondeley would be altogether pleased with this use of his commission 13 December 1709 - 22 February 1711/1712
