Exemplification of a final concord regularised at the Caernarvon Great Sessions of 9 Oct., 1570, between the third Sir Richard Bulkeley and Hugh Davies of Caerhun, together with Catherine his wife, relating to one messuage and several adjuncts in the township of Castell, Arllechwedd Isaf - undoubtedly the tenements and fields referred to in II, 2452. This concord of 1570 was about the first transaction between the Bulkeleys and the Caerhun family; more often it took the form of trespasses and assaults, actions before the Council of the Marches, arbitrations and awards, etc. 18 July 1618
