Miscellaneous papers 6767 is a copy of the articles exhibited against Dr Sacheverell in 1710; 6766 is a somewhat illiterate copy of "The Humble Petition of the Non Jurors and Repenting Jurors of the desolate Church of England", with no date, but having a reference to Queen Anne; several letters of little consequence from Henry Bertie, Lord Bulkeley 's brother-in-law, except 6772 (13 Octr.,1712) in which he dilates upon the delays and difficulties of getting L.B. appointed Constable of Caernarvon Castle - he was eventually appointed 2 Sept.,1713, but held it only for a year and few months, political exigencies demanding his resignation, and the appointment of Charles Bodvile Robartes, second Earl of Radnor, grandson of Sir Bodvel of Bodvel 1710
