Pedigree compiled by Mrs H.Elizabeth Grace Roberts (nee Ballyn) of Liverpool, of Grace Ballyn (nee Hughes), 1852-1916, her grandmother, tracing descent from Morris Jones of Llanddyfnan, co. Anglesey, miller (born c. 1670, a tenant of John Owen of Penrhos). Among his descendants was Hugh Hughes of Ty Mawr Mynydd, Holyhead (1789-1869); Mrs Roberts has already deposited copies of letters concerning this branch of the family.
