Agreement between Margaret Roberts of Coed Isaf, widow, and William Roberts of the same, farmer both farm the said Coed Isaf jointly, that all farming stock, implements and household furniture shall be held by them share and share alike; that if either should marry, no wife or husband shall be brought to reside at Coed Isaf without the written consent of the other party to the agreement; that the unmarried children of the said M.R. shall have their home at Coed Isaf until they marry or reach the age of 21 years; and that any dispute shall be referred to the arbitration of Griffith Roberts of 16 , Ogwen Terrace, Bethesda, whose decision is to be final. 17 October 1887
