Lease and release of a messuage or dwelling-house, etc, within the suburbs of Beaumaris, at present let out in separate apartments.
Consideration : £63. 10s. 2½d., part of a total sum of £105.
Annexed are receipts for £64. 11s.0d dated 29th August 1785; and for £24 dated 8 September 1785. Also an account for work done for 1 above by John Summers, glazier, dated 8 June 1781, in the sum of £1.6s.8½d.
An endorsed memorandum of equal date between the said parties refers to the intended erection of a wall on the said premises, extending from the gable end of the Smithy house in a straight line as far as the garden-wall of William Jones, ship's carpenter.</dc:description>
