  <dc:title>Note book</dc:title>
<dc:description>that records Richard Evans' interests at Penrhyddgan, parish of Ceidio. pp. 1-12.
Record of rent paid to the agent of William Bodvell's estates, from 1752 to 1756, paid by Richard Evans, in 1757-1758 by his widow. Indeed in the Yale Ms. 11, pp. 4-5 (Madryn? Bodvell rental for 1756-1757) there is confirmation of the entry on p. 7 of this Ms., though some explanation is needed for the £29 in the Yale Ms. being crossed out. On pp. 11-12 it seems that Mrs Evans was paying a rent of £4.6.0. for the years 1759-1763 to an Ellin Griffith, not for Penrhyddgan, but for some tenement held (possibly) at Pwllheli - it must be remembered that Mr Browne's letter of 1763 was addressed : "Mrs. Elizabeth Evans at Porthely" (Doct. 40, 2.).</dc:description>
