Abstract of title of Hugh Evans, esq., to certain lands and other premises in the parish of Llangristiolus heretofore part of the demesne of Henblas, called Gromlech and Plastirion and a house, smithy and lands also part of or adjoining the said demesne late in the holding of David Roberts, now called Penrhos Engan alias Yr Hen Efel, also of a certain messuage called Rhos Tenement, alias Tyn y Rhos in the parish of Aberffraw; and also to an undivided moiety of another messuage called Tyddyn Canol alias Tyddyn Isaf in the parish of Llaniestyn; all to be conveyed in mortgage to Mr. Thomas Spencer for securing £2000 and interest.
