Indenture tripartite by which William John Griffith and Jane his wife place the messuages of Brithdir Bach in Pennant and Cornamwys in Penyfed, co. Caernarfon, in trust for their son John Williams Feofees were Henry Ellis of Caernarvon [solicitor, son of Thomas Ellis of Porthdinllaen] and Evan Griffith, rector of Llanarmon; the whole arrangement to be regularised by fine and recovery at Great Sessions; provision for maintenance of W.J.G. and his wife should their son John marry.
