Indenture between the Rev. Robert Prichard, rector of Rotherfield Peppard, Oxon., (one part) and Richard Williams Prichard of Woodside near Liverpool, merchant, and the Rev. Hugh Prichard of Dinam (second part) His nephews, sons of his brother Richard, arranging for the settlement of £2,500 in 3 per cent consols: £1,500 in trust for the benefit of the three daughters of the Revd. Richard Prichard, share and share alike, the interest on the remaining £1,000 for the benefit of the Rev. Robert Lloyd Anwyl Roberts, rector of Llangwyfan and Eleanor is wife [another daughter of the Rev. Richard Prichard] for the term of their natural lives; after their decease the capital sum of £1,000 was to go to Anne Adelaide Roberts and John Augustus Roberts, their children, in well-defined order of succession [according to Pedigrees, 46, three sons were born to the rector of Llangwyfan and his wife after the date of this settlement of 1845; in fact, one of them appears in R.P.'s will of 1847 (DIN/155)]. 25 April 1845
