Bequeaths £200 to her niece Margaret Roberts [daughter of John Prichard the elder of Dinam, wife of the Rev. Robert Roberts, vicar of Llanrhaeadr in Dyffryn Clwyd], all her ready money, mortgages, bonds, and securities to her sister Grace during the term of her natural life, and father her [Grace's] death to her nephew the Rev.
