On the dorse is a long memorandum by O.O. in explanation of the £400 and what it stood for - for a fuller understanding examine the will of the Rev. Hugh Davies of Aber (DIN/127). Cp. the Myfyrian demise of 28 July 1830 (DIN/85). This Owen Owen was a surgeon in Beaumaris, nephew to the rector of Aber (Pedigrees, 51), and to be carefully distinguished from Owen Owen of Gadlys, attorney of the Rhiwlas family of Pentraeth, and son-in-law to the Rev. Richard Prichard of Dinam (Pedigrees, cp. 46, 146).</dc:description>
