Deed of lease by Rev. Richard Prichard of Dinam to Thomas Williams upon the messuage of Henfuarth in the parish of Llanddaniel, also upon four parcels of land belonging to the farm of Ty Mawr; two lives, Thomas W. and his wife, and the longest liver of them; £15 a year. If both die before the expiration of 20 years, then their executors or assigns are to hold the lease up to the completion of 20 years. 2 March 1835
