  <dc:title>Deed of mortgage</dc:title>
<dc:description>by the Rev. Richard Prichard to the Rev. James Vincent Vincent upon Myfyrian Isa, Hen Fuarth and Ty Mawr, conditioned by the settlement of 18 March 1815 (DIN/80)
Consideration, £3,100.
A memo, on the dorse, states that this was redeemed in the days of the Rev. R.W. Prichard (29 November 1890). Another interesting point is that a part of Myfyrian Isa was sold and conveyed to the Anglesey Central Railway in 1864.</dc:description>
