Lease by Dr. Robert Morgan of Llanddyfnan (still living at Porthllongdy) to William [Roberts], Lord Bp. og Bangor, of Gwern y Buarth and Llwyn Madoc in the township of Rhandir, co. Mont. (cp. docts. HENB/63-64). A rather complicated transaction which looks rather more like the revocation of lease than the granting of one. Quite interesting is the signature at the foot of Bishop William Roberts [bishop 1637-1666, though deprived during 1642-1660], and the signature as witnesses of clerics like Michael Evans and John Langford. 1 October 1663
