<dc:title>Creation of a trust ancillary to the marriage settlement of Hugh Lewis of Bont Newydd, Llanwnda, Caernarfonshire, with Jane, daughter of the second George Twisleton of Lleuar; feofees in trust, George Twisleton the third and last, Jane's brother, and William Bold of Llanedwen, a Beaumaris attorney (Pedigrees, 50); lands comprised included Pen-y-clip, Gwern Gwta, Ty'r Clochydd, Ty Cnap, Gwredog, Yr Allt Goch, all in Llanwnda. </dc:title>
<dc:description>There are one or two interesting points about the document: young Twisleton signs as Twyleton; the four witnesses were Ellis Wynn of Ystumllyn, Richard Garnons of Pant Du by Llanllyfni, Griffith Prichard of Pen'rallt by Bangor (ostensibly) - all of Caernarfonshire, with William Pryce of Cerniogau in Denbighshire. It is natural for the document to be amongst the Henblas Collection because Hugh and Jane Lewis were the grand-parents of the wife of Charles Evans of Trefeilir and Henblas (Pedigrees, 122).</dc:description>
