<dc:title>Recovery Deed of premises in the parish of Llanaelhaiarn and other parishes in the County of Carnarvon</dc:title>
<dc:description>William Evans, eldest son of Charles Evans, to Rowland Williams of Beaumaris. The premises include the Llethrddu group, the Llanwnda-Llanrug tenements, and Borth near Bangor ("otherwise called Gorphwysfa"). "Mr Evans died before Recovery suffd" - a curious phraseology in the circumstances - he actually died in April, 1803, and was buried on 13 April 1803.</dc:description>
