Deed of exchange between Paul Panton of Plas Gwyn and William Williams of Cae Rhos in Llangristiolus Paul Panton to get Gwaun y Gorslwyd and two cottages under the same roof, adjoining the Waun, in return for Llain y Delyn and another part of Dafarn Newydd and a consideration of £20. Very prominent in these negotiations drafting the document and drawing a plan, was John William Prichard of Plas-y-brain, son of William Prichard of Clwchdernog and Paul Panton's confidant. Ostensibly Llain y Delyn went with Cae Rhos in the exchange of eight years later with Hugh Evans (HENB/382). 6 July 1813
