<dc:title>Plan of lands in the parish of Holyhead exchanged by Lord Boston and William Roberts, Esq. [of Lledwigan]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Lord Boston was to transfer part of Twll-y-clawdd farm in return for a part of Bodrewin; the two sections exactly conformed in area, viz., 8 perches, 26 yards. Accompanying this plan is a previous agreement for exchange, dated 7 March 1868, relating very much to the same lands, each party to transfer to the other 1 rood, 20 perches; and even a later transaction of exchange (December, 1904) between the sixth Lord Boston and the Flanagan family</dc:description>
