Copy will of William Lewis of Tryslwyn. His main estate was in the parishes of Llandyfrydog and Llanrhuddlad; he also had also some lands in co. Caernarfon. He had to provide for a large number of children, and it is not surprising that the will gave rise to litigation (this copy itself was an exhibit in an action of 1749). W.Lewis's wife Ann was sister to Chancellor Robert Lewis of Trefdraeth, father-in-law to the Rev. Edward Hughes of Llysdulas. 18 September 1741
