Denbigh; and five acres of land, five acres of pasture and two acres of wood and underwood in the town of Escorebrill [Esgorebrill] in the said commote. To be held of the said earl by virtue of a licence from the queen by letters patent of 30 June 1567 in free and common soccage as of the castle of Denbigh, etc., paying certain annual rents specified.</dc:description>
