Settlement (after the marriage of 1. and Jane Williams, daughter of William ap Hugh ap William) of the 'crosse buildings' adjoining the mansion house where 1. now dwells in Erethlin [Erethlyn], the upper barn and cow-house on the east side of the said barn, the garden between the said barn and cowhouse and the garden under the lower end of the said mansion house; half the yard, alias Hanner'r heal; and closes called Cay'r odyn, Cay'r ffynnon, Cae'r bryn vcha, y Sychnant issa, y Sychnant vcha, y Coed issa, Cay Gwenith, Cay secsa (?), Cay hir, drill yn ymyl y mirddin and Tyddyn Evan, all in Erethlyn, Pennant and Tallwyn; and a messuage or cottage in Erethlyn and closes belonging thereto called Pen vcha'r Cay Gwair, Pen issa'r Cay gwair, bron y Pant, rhud y benglog, Pant Pella, y Pant Coed, y Pant vcha, y ffryth fynydd, cay tan y Tu, ffrith drill y gamdda, and Pen y ffryth.</dc:description>
