Witnesses: Robert Botell, mayor of the said town; Gren' ap Ieuan ap David lledyr and Llewelyn ap David Llewelyn, bailiffs; David ap Hugh Morgan; Ieuan ap Tudur ap Deicus; and others.

Given at Nuburche, Tuesday before the feast of St David (23 February) 12 Henry VII.
