Deed to lead the uses of a fine of a messuage and tenement in Llanwthan where John ap David and Tuder now dwells and sixteen parcels of land belonging thereto, details of which are as follows:

(i) lying in a close called y Cay yn y drws between the way leading from Gwayn llanwythan towards the mansion house of Gruffith ap John Gruffith and the waste called Mynyth llanwthan, and between land called Dryll y delin and the way leading from the waste to the said mansion house;

(ii) called Erowr delin, alias Dryll y big, between the lands of Rice ap William Thomas and the late lands of John ap David ap Tuder;

(iii) called y Dryll hir  lying in the said close called y Cay yn y drws between the way from Gwayn llanwthan towards the said mansion house and the lands of Rice ap William Thomas and between the late lands of John ap David ap Tuder;

(iv) called y Dryll gloyw, between the lands of Hugh Gwynne Gruffith, gent. and between the lands of Robert ap Hugh Lloyd and those of Lewes Owen, gent;

(v) lying in a close called y Cay twynt yr sarn between the lands of William ap Hugh Gruffith and the way to Gwayn llanwthan and between the lands of John ap Richard ap Howell and Gwayn Llanwthan;

(vi, vii) lying in a close called Mayes pwll Glothaith;

(viii) lying in a close called y Cay Newydd:

(ix) lying in a close callaed y Cay mawr;

(x, xi, xii) lying in closes called Keaven y Goryn and Gyrforyn;

(xiii) lying in a close called Cay dryll y maen llwyd;

((xiv) lying in a close called Erowr Crythion;

(xv) called y weirgloth bagh in a close called ffynnon thon;

(xvi) lying in a close called Cay pwll y brwyn.

Also, another messuage and tenement in Llanwthan and lands belonging thereto called yr Erow vgh ben y ty between the lands of William ap Hugh Gruffith and those of Rice ap William Thomas and between Gwayn llanwthan and the late lands of John ap Richard ap Harry;
y Dalar las between the lands of Rice ap William Thomas and the late lands of John ap Richard ap Harry and between the way leading from Gwayn Llanwthan to the mansion house of John ap Hugh yr goe and the late lands of John ap Richard ap Harry;
y Pwll Crwn between the lands of Hugh Gwyn Gruffith, gent. and those of Rice ap William Thomas and between the lands of John ap Richard ap Harry; y Dryll glas and y grodir between the lands of Hugh Gwynne Gruffith and those of Robert ap Hugh Lloyd and Evan ap Hugh ap Reignald; 
yr ardd newydd between Gwayn Llanwthan and the late lands of John ap Richard and between the dwelling house of the said John ap Richard and the lands of Evan ap Hugh; y Clawdd kerrig issa between the lands of Evan ap Hugh and those of Roger Mostyn and between the common way leading from a place called Kerrig gwnion to the ferry and the lands of Hugh Gwynne Gruffith y Clawdd kerrig vgha between the lands of Evan ap Hugh and those of Roger Mostyn and between the lands of Rice ap William Thomas and the said way leading to the ferry; a parcel lying in a close called y Cay newyth; Pen Mainck Robert;
Dryll y ffos gogh between the said common way and the lands of Rees ap William Thomas;
...[mutilated]; y tythin issa between the said way and a close called y Cay mawr and the lands of Rice ap William Thomas;
a parcel of lying in a close called y grodir between the lands of Rees ap William Thomas and the common way; and a parcel lying in Trewarth in a close called Cayr maen between the lands of Robert ap Hugh Lloyd and the commons called y wearn vawr.

Also, all the other messuages and lands of John ap David ap Tuder in Llanwthan and Trewarth and a messuage and tenement in Kingrhayader and lands belonging thereto called Cay Cogh Vgha, Cay'r wayn, y Cay Maine, Erowr Kyffon, Pen y bryn deliog, y Dryll Cutta, Tythin y mab, Cay Cogh Issa, bryn glas and yr heol.
