Deed to declare the uses of a fine of a messuage and tenement called Ty yn y Gilvach Ithell; a messuage or cottage called y Ty yn yr Ardd bach yn y Morva; closes called y Coid Buchan, y Coid mawr, y Cae yn drws, y Kae Ucha, y Dalar ddu, y Berllan Newydd, yr hen Berllan, y Kae tuhwnt yr Sarn Ucha, y Kae tuhwnt yr Sarn issa, y Llathen yn ffreeth yr Evell, yr Ardd bach, y drill bach yn ymmill yr Evell, Pull y Brinie, Drill y Big, y Drill coch yn Maes y Garin and yr Ardd bach yn y Morva, all in Llanwothan in the parish of Llangwstenin in the Commote of Creythin in the county of Caernarvon; and sitting and kneeling places in the parish church of Llangwstenin.

The lands, etc, specified amount to all to 2 messuages, 1 cottage, 4 gardens, 2 orchards, 50 acres of land, 15 acres of meaadow, 20 acres of pasture, 2 acres of woodland, 5 acres of moor, 20 acresof heath and bruery, and commons of pasture and turbary.</dc:description>
