Caernarvon, to the use of Piers Gruffith for life, and after his death to the follwoing uses: (i) lands called Gwerne y Chamberlen, Tir y Kighley, Tir beedo, Gweredog, Glasfynvryn and other lands in Bangor and Vainol Bangor to the uses of the feoffees in trust to be sold by them to pay the debts of Piers Gruffith; (ii) the remainder of his property to the use of the feoffees for thirteen years after his death and afterwards to the use of William Gruffith, son and heir of Piers, and in default to the use of Robert Gruffith, second son of Piers, and in default to the use of the heirs male of Piers, and in default to the use of William Gruffith, gent., brother of Piers, and in default to the use of the heirs male of Sir Rees Gruffith, kt., father of Piers, and in default to the use of the heirs male of Sir William Gruffith, kt., grandfather of Piers, and in default to the use of the right heirs of Piers Gruffith.</dc:description>
