Caernarvon, to date from the termination of a former lease for 21 years granted to Thomas Williams, 25 March 1570.

The same letters patent also includes grants of leases of other properties in co. Suffolk to the said Henry Alrede and of properties in co. York to Nicholas Wayneman, valet of the woodyard of the Queen's antechamber.
