Caernarvon, to date from the termination of a former lease for 21 years granted to Richard Griffyth, 30 April [blank]; also, of a lease for 21 years of the township of Penmaghno in the commote of Nanconwey, co. Caernarvon, to date from the termination of a former lease for 21 years granted to Thomas Williams, 25 March 1570. The same letters patent also includes grants of leases of other properties in co.
