Blanch Lloyd and Lymley Lloyd now undertake that if Robert Wynne [of Berthddu] and Ellin his wife pay them £620 by 15 September 1691 the said Feoffment shall be void and that Thomas Mostyn, etc. shall reenter the premises. 6 September 1687
