amounting in all to 1 messuage, 2 gardens, 14 acres of land, 1 acre of meadow, 6 acres of pasture and 1 acre of woodland; and also the moiety of 1 messuage, 1 orchard, 30 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow and 1 acre of woodland.</dc:description>
