2. Robert ap John Wyn ap Meredith of Dolwyddelan, co. Caernarvon, esq.

Gift of a messuage or mansion house and appurtenances in the town of Conway lying between the lands of John Edwards, esq. in the tenure of Robert Laythwyd and the lands of Richard Peycke now in the tenure of Robert ap Morgan, and abutting on the garden of William Bulkeley, merchant, anad on the highway called Pepper Streate; togethere with three orchards in Conway.

Witnesses: Richard Peycke, Thomas Salesburie, Owen ap John Owen, William ap Richard ap Williamm and Edmund Williams.

2. Robert Wynne ap John Wynne ap Meredith, esq.

Deed to lead the uses of a fine and recovery of the premises mentioned in (ii) above.
