Lease in fee farm of a toft and garden lying in a street called Pepper Streete between the barn of Thomas Salusburye, gent., on the north side, the wall of the said town on the west side, the house of the said Richard Peake on the south side and the said street on the east side, in the town of Conway.

Fee farm rent: 4s.

(ii) 11 January 1567/1577

1. Richard Peake, of Conway, esq.

2. Hugh Robynson, gent. and Hugh Mellers.

Letter of attorney to enter into and take possession of the premises mentioned in (i) above.</dc:description>
