a messuage or tenement in the township of Maesegwig, co. Denbigh;
to the said Richard Evans in the parish of Bettus Abergeley, co. Denbigh;
a messuage, tenement and lands in the townships or hamlets of Nannerch, Bodrach and Pentref'r Werne in the parish of Llangernew;
a messuage or tenement and lands in Nannerch called Bryn y Pair, and closes thereto belonging; a messuage, tenement and lands in Bodrach called Tythun Minffordd;
and closes in Bodrach and Nannerch called Ddol, alias Dol Howel ap Owen, Y fron and Bryn Du.
