Surrender of the capital messuage of Y Plas Ymhenrhos and land appertaining thereto called Cae'r Odyn, Car Bwlch-y-Ffynnon, Cae'r Moch, Cae'r Lleche, Cae Cynol, Cae Pen y Cefn, Yr Erw Ddu and the mill called Melin Porth y Pistill; said J.O. to suffer a recovery of the premises and to pay H.W. the sum of £200 before 1 November 1670.
