Indenture of lease, with copy, by Sir William Griffith [third] to Harri ap Einion ap Ieuan Goch upon the tenement of Aber Cegin with the weir called Gored Cegin, also the weir called Gored Wleb ["llede"], with a little close for building a fish-house. Lease is set for 20 years at £4 a year; no man without licence from Harri to cast a net "on the warth longyng to the said weres"; all to be delivered in good repair at the end of the term.
