Grant by William Coetmore, gent., David Moythey, clerk, and Rees Gruffith, esq., to William Roberts, Archdeacon of Merioneth, of one house or messuage, with a garden adjoining as far as a garden called Gardd Cwd y Mêl, lying between the house called the Smithie on the north side and a certain toft on the west side, now in the tenure of Nicholas Byrkdale, in the town of Bangor; also a quarter part of the mountain commonly called Rhan y Clafdy lying in the township of Trefgwyrythion, together with a parcel of meadow lying near the king's highway running towards Caernarvon from a tenement called Cae Maes y Dwn on the east side, and Y Bont Faen Isa on the west side; also a parcel of arable land which lies directly above the said highway, and which abuts towards the said road on the north side, towards the mountain on the south side, towards a certain close called Dryll y Crochan on the east side, and towards the land of Hugh Peak on the west side; the said parcel of arable land being lately in the tenure of Roger ap Gruffith ap Richard, and lying in the township of Trefgwyrthion Annual rent : 19s.
