Bond of obligation in £40 by John ap Hugh ap William ap David of Tregwyrhyddion to Thomas Fletcher of Bangor, that the latter shall peacefully enjoy an occupy the messuages of Ty Hen and its appurtenant lands in Gwyrhyddion. The release bears the same date, with the same five witnesses. John ap Hugh signs as John Hughes on each.
