<dc:title>Old rent-roll displaying the Penrhyn lands at their most extensive development in the days of the third Sir William Griffith. </dc:title>
<dc:description>The description at the head seems long ago to have become hopelessly obliterated, but a scribe on the dorse supposes it was temp. Henry VII. An entry concerning Aber Cegin - saying it was held by Harri ap Einion [ap Ieauan Goch] - fixes the date after 1496, when Harri obtained a lease of the same for 20 years (docts.172-173). Probably 1505 will be an approximately correct date for this roll (which supports the supposition of the dorse as to the general date).</dc:description>
