Mortgage by demise for a term of 40 years of a messuage tenement and common baking house called Stone Garden alias Stony Garden in the town of Conwey along with the following "parcels of gooddes" : one table and a frame, one double cupboard, a side table and a glass cupboard lying in the hall of the chief mansion house of no.1 in Conwey; a standing bedstead a truckle bed, a long table and a frame, a double cupboard with a tester over it and two frame forms in parlour of the said house;  one standing bedstead with a truckle bed, one long table and a frame one livery cupboard in the loft; and one standing bedstead, one table and frame and one livery cupboard in the chamber adjoining the hall
