Copy lease in fee farm of a messuage in Bangor in which no.2 now lives; one vacant parcel of land lying between the said messuage and the messuage and  where Robert ap Grono now lives; a certain orchard called William ap Rees orchard, and 3 tofts or gardens in the same township of which one is called gardd y krevedy newyth, the second is called gardd y dwn, all of which lie in width between the capital messuage of the Archdeacon of Bangor on one side and no.1's lands called place y Dwn on the other and in length between the kings highway of the town of Bangor at one end and the cemetery of Bangor at the other; and the third (garden) is called gardd Bryn ir Revel
